11-13 years (Recreation)
Bike and run

Sept - Dec... 3 hours per week
Jan - April... 4 hours per week
May - August... 5 hours per week
Focus:skill development and aquistion, fun, fitness and safety

13-16 years (Performance)
Bike and run

Sept - Dec... 3 hours per week
Jan - April... 4.5 hours per week
May - August... 6 hours per week
Focus: skill development, sport awareness, safety, fitness

15-16 years (Elite)
Bike and run

Sept - Dec... 3 hours per week
Jan - April... 4.5 hours per week
May - August... 6 hours per week
Focus: fitness improvement, racing strategies, goal setting, safety and fun
**Entrance into this group is based on coaches evaluation**

All Triathlon group participants are required to be part of a competitive swim group.

Running Programs

10 and up (Recreation)

Sept - Aug... 2 hours per week
Focus: skill development, sport awareness, fitness and fun

14 and up (Performance)

Sept - Aug... 3 hours per week
Focus: skill development, racing strategies, fitness and fun
**members in this group are expected to do at least one additional run per week on their own**
