About the coach...

Kelly Guest is a renowned triathlon coach with over 5 years of experience. Kelly has himself been among the top triathletes in the world including being named to the 2002 Commonwealth Games triathlon team for Canada, as well as being named 2007 Off-road Triathlon Elite male of the year, and the National Off-road triathlon Champion. Kelly has worked and trained as a professional in the sport, racing internationally with some of the best athletes in the world since 1999. Kelly has also been a youth coach for 5 years developing some of Canada's finest young athletes. It is with this development coaching and years of personal experience that Kelly is able to help athletes reach their full potential.
